Thank you for your interest in joining us this Saturday. Unfortunately based on the current weather forecast, we regret to inform you that the beach cleanup social has been cancelled.   

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you understand our decision to prioritise your safety and that of our volunteers. Please stay tuned for upcoming events in August and September!

Get your flip-flops ready and join us for a beach cleanup! We'll be picking up trash, soaking up the sun and socialising over brunch. Don't miss out on this win-win opportunity!  

This is a family-friendly event. Feel free to bring your family and friends along.

What to expect:

1. Cleaning up ungazetted beach area for up to 60 to 90mins
2. Forecasting competition - How many bottle caps do we expect to collect on the day?  Please have your answer ready before we start the cleanup! Book prize for the winner - Superforecasting by by Dan Gardner and Philip E. Tetlock 
3. Please bring/ buy your own food for brunch.
4. EAHK will bring a few trash pickers, bin bags and picnic mats for everyone to use.

Shau Kei Wan MTR Take Exit A3 and look for bus number 9 to Shek O at the Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus.

We usually do meals, and indoor or outdoor activities such as bowling or hiking on a monthly basis. So, whether you are new to EA, or are familiar already, you are most welcome to join us.
